Delete your data

Last updated: 30 September 2026

You can ask us to delete your crisp account and all personal data associated with it at any time — including anything we received when you signed in with Facebook or Google.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@crisp.to from the email address on your crisp account, with the subject "Delete my crisp account".
2. We confirm the request came from the account owner (we may reply to verify).
3. We delete your data within 30 days and email you a confirmation.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile (name, email, profile picture), sign-in sessions, workspace, short links, QR codes, bio pages and uploaded avatars, email signups collected on your pages, API keys, and your link and page statistics. Your short links and pages stop working once deleted. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first in Billing → Manage billing; Stripe keeps payment records as required by tax law.

Signed in with Facebook?

You can also remove crisp's access from Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select crisp and choose Remove. Removing access stops Facebook sharing data with us; to also delete what we already hold, send the email above.

Signed in with Google?

Remove crisp at myaccount.google.com/connections, then send the email above to delete the data we hold.

Visited a crisp link or page?

We don't store visitor IP addresses or identities, so there's nothing that identifies you to delete. If you submitted your email to a signup form on someone's crisp page, email us with the page address and we'll remove it.
